The Associate Degree equips students with core radiography skills for entry-level employment in healthcare imaging departments. Graduates can pursue further specialization by upgrading to the BSc. in Medical & Diagnostic Imaging through transfer credits.

Admission Requirements

Who Can Apply

Open to high school graduates and those with prior qualifications in life sciences or radiography.

General Entry — High School Graduates

Minimum of five (5) GCE Ordinary Level credit passes or equivalent, including:

  • Mathematics
  • English
  • One science subject (Biology, Physics, or Chemistry)
  • Two additional subjects
  • CSEC: Minimum grade 3 or better in all subjects
Advanced Standing Entry

Holders of qualifying degrees or diplomas may be eligible for transfer credits, evaluated case-by-case:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life or Natural Sciences
  • Associate Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Radiography

Students benefit from comprehensive clinical practicum rotations at Milton Cato Memorial Hospital (MCMH) in St. Vincent and other affiliated teaching hospitals internationally. The blended format allows academic coursework online while clinical hours are fulfilled on-site.
