Understanding the tuition refund and withdrawal policy at All Saints University
Tuition Refund & Withdrawal Policy
A request for withdrawal must be submitted in writing, authorized by the Dean of Academics, and directed to the Director of Administration. The date of withdrawal is counted from the date of receipt of the written request.
Unauthorized Absence Policy
Any student who is absent for two terms without providing a written request and without obtaining prior approval from university authorities may be subject to sanction or dismissal from the university.
How to Submit a Withdrawal Request
To initiate a withdrawal, a student must submit a written notice to the Director of Administration, authorized by the Dean of Academics. The notice must include the intended date of withdrawal and the reasons for withdrawing from the program.
